Shipping policy

Many Cool Things (may also be referred to as "We" and "Our" for the purposes of this policy) understands that over all condition drives the Pre Onwed Video Game Market.  We are collectors too!  This is why we make every effort to insure you receive your purchase in the best possible way.  We ship all games in boxes with additional protection to insure safe travels.  All small Merch such as KeyChains, Pins, ECT can be shipped in traditional bubble mailers if you so choose.  There are many options that will be available to you during check out.  Please choose the closest one to your purchase.  We reserve the right to make adjustments to your shipping as needed.  A communication will be sent to your attention if additional fees occur.  For example, everyone knows that a Sony PlayStation 2 System will not fit in a 4X6X8 cardboard box.  Therefore, we will make the adjustment to the Larger Systems Shipping option and communicate with you if additional charges arise.

Shipments are done daily.

Most purchases are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of time of purchase.

We will send communication if additional time is needed.  In most cases if your purchase come in before 10:00 AM EST, your purchase will make that afternoons shipment.  If missed, your purchase will go out the next available shipping day.

Purchases made on Saturday after 10:00 AM EST may/will be held to the following Monday for shipment.

Purchases made on Sunday will be will held to the following Monday for shipment.

Purchases made on Holidays will be held until the next available shipping day.

Shipping deadlines will be posed during the Holiday Season of Major Holidays to insure delivery of gifts.

There are a verity of shipping carriers available.  Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS unless otherwise specified though the ordering process.

All packages are shipped with a Tracking Number that will be sent to you in further communication regarding the status of your order.

We offer shipping options in the description of each item referred to as Shipping Option 1 through 12. These options are suggestion as if you were making the purchase of 1 single item. Shipping options are subject to change should a shipping method change need to be made.

We offer Free Shipping on all qualified order above a certain dollar amount. Most items do qualify for free shipping.Others do not. If you shipment does not qualify for free shipping, a charge for shipping will be applied to your order for the items that do not qualify. Please note, all games qualify for free shipping. Merchandise, Systems, and Hardware do not. We apologize for the inconvenience.
